Vulnerable Workers Project

Interview questionnaire

The Vulnerable Workers Project (VWP), is a pilot project funded by Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) and delivered by the TUC. It aims to demonstrate good practice and inform policy to ensure that all workers receive fair treatment and are provided with opportunities to fulfil their full potential and progress in employment.

One of our aims is to capture from Building Service sector what is happening in the workplace - what issues do you face, what steps are taken to sort things out. We will use the information that you give us to make recommendations to Government on how they can make it easier for workers to enforce their employment rights. It is important that, in making these recommendations, we base them on the real experience of workers.

Please have a look at our questionnaire about what you think about issues that you have at your work. We will use what you tell us as evidence in making recommendations to Government to improve policies to enable workers obtaining their full employment rights.
