Welcome to the iOpener People and Performance Questionnaire.
If you've read the book 'Happiness at Work: Maximizing Your Psychological Capital For Success' by Jessica Pryce-Jones you've come to the right place.
And if you want to find out more about your performance and happiness at work you've come to the right place too.
So to do the survey think about your work over the past couple of months and what you might expect over the next few months as well. You want to think of the widest context you work in. Try to bear that in mind as you answer the questions.
Once you have completed it you'll receive a personal report which will be emailed directly to you.
Your results are entirely confidential and the report which will follow will be seen by you alone: it can’t be accessed by anyone at iOpener nor by anyone inside your organization unless you choose to send it on.
It is 75 questions long and should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
iOpener Ltd collects personal information when you complete the survey. We will use this information to create your personal report and deliver it to you, and, if you agree, to send you information about other research by iOpener. By completing this survey you agree that we can use your information in this way. However, we will only use your information in this way if you answer 'yes' to the second question.
