How do I use the Filtering Tool?
To use the filtering tool, follow the steps below:
Click on '
next to the survey that you want to view results for.
'Create New Filter Group'
On the next page, enter the Filter Group Name and Description. Click
The next page displays all the filters inside this group. Since this is a new group, the filter list is empty. Click
'Create New Filter
Now select which question you would like to filter from the drop-down menu.
Then select the criteria. In this guide, we will select
Now that the first filter has been setup, the list of all respondents that apply to this filter will be displayed.
Using the same steps above, we added another filter but this time for question 2. The new filter is for respondents who answered their age between 21-30 years old.
The filter group page should now display both filter settings and the updates results.
Apply To Summary'
link. This will display the Results Summary with this filter group rules applied.
There are no limits to the number of filters you can add.
New respondents will appear automatically in the results if they apply to the filter rules.
