To embed your survey on to a website, follow the steps below:
- On 'My Surveys' page, click 'Collect' next to the survey you wish to embed.
- Click 'Website'.
- On the next page, you can adjust the dimensions of the survey. Then copy the code in the box under 'Embed Survey'.
- You can now paste this code into your website, you may need your website designer's assistance to do this if you do not have the knowledge or rights to do so.
