How do I cancel my subscription?

To downgrade your account and cancel your subscription you need to login to your account and click on 'Downgrade Account' under 'My Account' page.
 

 
On the next screen you will be asked for confirmation.
 
 
 
If you are on the Professional Edition and you have cancelled your subscription, your account will revert back to the Free Edition status.
 
You will need to follow the same steps again to close your account completely.
