How do I cancel my subscription?
To downgrade your account and cancel your subscription you need to login to your account and click on '
Downgrade Account
' under '
My Account
' page.
On the next screen you will be asked for confirmation.
If you are on the Professional Edition and you have cancelled your subscription, your account will revert back to the Free Edition status.
You will need to follow the same steps again to close your account completely.
"I forgot my password" how do I cancel my Account?
To request your login information please click on the '
Forgot your login?
' link within the login page, then follow the instructions above.
