How do I add a logo to my survey?

1. Click on the My Surveys tab.
2. Click on the Settings icon on the name of the survey that you want to add a logo to.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the "3. Logo" tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Now you can do one of the following:
   
   
• Input the URL of your logo into the "Logo Location" box.
  
  
  
  
• Professional Edition subscribers can click on the browse button to select an image from the File Cabinet. (To learn how to use the 'File Cabinet', click here)
  
  
5. Once the Logo Location (URL) has been set, you can choose to hyper link the logo to a URL of your choice.
   
   

Please note:

• If your survey is SSL enabled then we recommend that you use a https URL for your logo. Logos uploaded to the File Cabinet should have their URL edited to include the "s" after the http.
  
• We recommend using the following file formats for your logo: JPEG / GIF / PNG.
