How does it work?
The ‘Corporate Account’ offers a flexible package which allows you to have multiple ‘users’.
The account consists of and ‘administrator’ who can create ‘users’ by assigning them a username and password. The ‘administrator’ also has the ability to manage ‘users’ by setting certain privileges and monitor the overall activity within each of the user’s accounts.
Each ‘user’ will manage their own surveys independently so they don’t interfere with the other user’s surveys.
Who is it for?
The ‘Corporate Account’ is designed specifically for medium to large organisations with specific requirements. Here is an example of a typical ‘Corporate Account’ client:
- Heads of departments at schools and colleges (IT managers). The IT manager takes the role of ‘administrator’ and teachers are then setup as ‘users’.
Key Features
Below is a list of features that are available within the ‘Corporate Account’ in addition to the standard features that are available on the ‘Basic’ and ‘Pro’ editions of Smart-Survey.
Multi user management
- Create/Delete/Activate/Deactivate users
- Allocate responses to users, this quota will be used across the surveys that are created by the user or allocated by the ‘Admin’ to the user
- Monitor the user’s status (online/offline)
- Duplicate and transfer surveys between user’s accounts
- Question library, share typical used questions between users
- Assign the correct survey permissions to users such as:
- Create/Delete/Edit surveys
- Distribute survey
- View Results
- Export results
URL Branding (Free Setup - Normally £200 + VAT)
This will enable you to use a custom URL address (domain) for your surveys instead of the default URL which is generated by Smart-Survey. This offers you the opportunity to fully customise your online surveys and maintain your branding requirements.
