No restrictions…

Unlimited Surveys - There are no restrictions as to the number of surveys, pages, or questions you create.
Unlimited Responses - You can send and collect as many responses as you like.
White Label – Fully brand your surveys with your own custom colours, backgrounds, headers/footers and more.
URL Branding – Each time you create a survey it will appear under a sub domain of your choice, example: surveys.yourdomain.com. We can also register new domain names on your behalf if you don't have access to any.
Dedicated Account Manager – You will receive personal support from an experienced member of our team, be it over the phone or via email.
Multi-User Management - Add multiple users under one umbrella, each user is unique and will manage their own surveys independently without interfering with other user's data, thus preventing any confidentiality issues. See below for more details:

Create/Remove individual users (members of your organisation or team who will administer their own surveys).
Allocate a set response allowance for each user, this quota will be used across all the surveys created by the user.
Duplicate and transfer surveys between user accounts.
Question library - Share commonly used questions between users.
Change user privileges of surveys to share survey access between different accounts.

How does it work?

The Corporate Account consists of the following tiers:

Administrator – Someone who will manage your dedicated Smart Survey account, this could be you or your manager. The administrator can create, manage and remove users. The administrator can also set certain privileges for each user for full control and management.
User – The user account allows individuals to create, manage, launch and analyse surveys. User accounts can be shared by more than one individual such as a team working on the same project. However if two or more users require independent access for security/confidentiality reasons, then more users can be purchased.
